RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase on vitessehome.com. But we also understand one of our products just doesn’t quite fit sometimes. So we make returns easy by providing you with a 30-day No-Worry Return Policy below. Please contact our customer service by Contact Us or Email(info@vitessehome.com) with your return request along with your order number included. Please also let us know the reason for your return. We may ask for photos or videos for our records and anything else you can supply would be much appreciated.

 

30-day No-Worry Return Policy:

  1. This policy applies to all items except some items* noted below
  2. If you receive damaged or defective products, you are free to return them within 30 days of receipt, no shipping fee is required. And photos and videos shall be required to support your return request
  3. If you want to return products for your personal reasons, Including:

    1. Accident orders
    2. Uncomfortable user experience,
    3. No longer needed or wanted
    4. Don't meet your expectations
    5. Unsatisfactory performance or quality,
    6. Over-installed or not installed
    7. Other customer reasons

    you need to bear the shipping cost, which will be deducted from the refund. The shipping cost includes: Sending freight + Return freight + 10% order operation fee

  4.  Returned items are subject to inspection prior to issuing a refund. All returned items must be reassembled and repackaged as they were originally received. Items returned in other than “like new” condition will not be refunded.
  5. If you don’t receive the products after the shipping status shows delivered, please contact the carrier. If the carrier has not delivered the goods, please contact our customer service, otherwise, we will not be responsible for the product loss.

 

Not Returnable & Refundable items(*)

  1. Items bought for more than 30 days. But our one-year warranty still applies to these products to address any issue you have with them during usage.
  2. Damaged returned items
  3. Return Items without the original package
  4. Gift cards

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service by Contact Us or Email(info@vitessehome.com) with your return request along with your order number included. And please let us know the reason for your return and the photos or videos to demonstrate it
  2. We will check your return eligibility, and if you're eligible for item return, we will reply to you with the return address and a shipping label, you can print the shipping label out and tape it on your return parcel, then call the courier to pick it up. Please note that the return address may vary depending on your location, you may return to different addresses for different orders. Please check our emails for the detailed return address.
  3. If you want to ship back the return by yourself, you can use any shipping method you like, Please confirm with us the return address.

 

Refund

  1. A refund will be issued the next day once the item has been inspected, which may take 4-6 days to be processed by your credit card provider.
  2. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@vitessehome.com.

 

Order Cancellations:

Please email us at info@vitessehome.com within one hour of placing the order and before 9 pm Central Time. There will be no cancellation fees for standard items canceled prior to shipment.


If one hour or more has passed or after 9 pm Central Time, the order will be processed for shipping and on-time delivery. At that point, it cannot be canceled and you will need to go through the return process. Shipping costs for returned merchandise may be deducted from your refund.

Special Provisions:

Due to return shipping costs and product pricing, all items categorized under #Accessory are non-returnable and non-refundable once sold.
